Job Description:
We are a growing, dynamic faith-based non-profit organization located in Arlington, TX. Our vision is to see God’s
Word transforming lives in every language in this generation. We are seeking an IT Project Manager to provide
leadership to the planning, organization and integration of cross-functional IT projects to support the work of
multiple Scripture translation projects.


· Develop project plans, goals, milestones and budgets, identify resources needed, develop schedules and
methods for measuring results;
· Cultivate strategies to communicate project goals and status;
· Build consensus and work in partnership with stakeholders to achieve desired results;
· Coordinate efforts of Seed Company staff and/or vendors towards successful project completion;
· Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning;
· Identify opportunities for enhancement to standards and processes and solve project issues;
· Design and maintain technical and project documentation as required;
· Manage budgets and maintain fiscal accountability for projects


Your strong faith in Jesus Christ as Savior, God-honoring lifestyle, passion for the Word of God and provision of the
Word of God to every people group in their own language is essential to thriving and succeeding, as are the following
skills, abilities and experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related area or equivalent experience;
· 3 - 5 years experience managing technology projects;
· Broad understanding of various technologies including web systems, collaboration tools, desktop
applications and networks;
· Familiarity with formal project management methodologies and ability to discern their strengths and
weaknesses in different context;
· Demonstrated ability with project management and communications tools;
· Excellent written and oral communication skills;
· Ability to operate in a team setting while demonstrating good independent judgment and decision making;
· A “can-do” attitude as demonstrated by the ability to accomplish goals and achieve outcomes;
· A “servant” spirit as demonstrated by the desire to help others succeed;
· Some travel may be required.
