Seeking an experienced IT professional to manage installing, configuring and supporting local area network, wide area network, Internet system and operating systems and applicable applications software.

The Network Administrator maintains network hardware and software; performs all necessary maintenance and support; monitors network to ensure availability to all end-users; identifies and develops appropriate life cycle documentation to support the design, development, and deployment of network hardware or software; providing support to end-users. Works well alone or in team setting; ability to communicate either orally or written in a professional manner.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information systems, and five plus years of experience in network and systems administration, or equivalent combination of training and experience. Knowledge of basic networking, DHCP, DNS, the Microsoft Server platform, and basic computer hardware. Microsoft, VMWare or Cisco certifications a plus.
