Job Description:
We have an immediate need for an experienced trainer and facilitator to serve as a member of the Projects Department Training Unit in the capacity of Training Coordinator.

Reporting to the Training Manager, the Training Coordinator will design curriculum and implement training programs; establish and coordinate training dates and agendas; determine trainer and presenter needs; manage communication processes for all sessions; provide logistical support for event activities; supervise event travel arrangements; travel to domestic and international locations to lead training sessions; evaluate the success of training projects and summarize suggestions for continuous improvement; and assist in research and analysis of training techniques, processes and materials.

A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required. Successful candidate should have prior experience in curriculum design, professional training and, preferably, event planning.
