Job Description:

Manages residential care for up to 80 dependent children ages newborn to 18 years. Is a member of the senior management team and will be responsible for setting division-wide goals, development/implementation of new policies, overall program evaluation and residential services expansion. Supervises House Parents, Residential Managers and Childcare Professionals who are responsible for the day-to-day operations of each home and direct care of the children. Ensures quality of services in all homes through compliance with all state regulatory requirements, policies, procedures and ensuring that the health and safety of all individuals is protected. Specific responsibilities include staff development, budget, supervision, staff work schedules, crisis management and continuous quality improvement in all areas. Experience in residential facility management with at least five years in a supervisory, senior management position required.

Bachelor's Degree in related field required. Masters degree and Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
