Client Product Integration Director

Essential Job Functions:
• Manage product delivery teams and process by integrating product teams to produce desired results measured by customer performance metrics
• Management of customers and logistics providers to produce desired business results
• Maximize production revenue through stellar customer integrations

Required Skills / Abilities:
• Transformational leadership and management ability, staff development, mentoring skills
• Client product integration management
• Carrier, 3PL, supply chain experience
• Revenue Management

Desired Skills / Abilities:
• Transformational leadership and management skills
• Spanish is a plus
• Experience in operations in a manufacturing or logistics environment
• Ability to work in a cross functional ever changing team environment

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelors degree required, Masters in Supply Chain Management preferred

Required Professional Experience:
• 5-10 years experience in a logistics or shared services environment
• Management of multi-functional teams in facilities with 100+ employees

Special Requirements
• Lives a healthy lifestyle to include social, intellectual, physical and spiritual areas
• Attitude and outlook appropriate for working in a developing country
