Crossroads Community Church is an exciting Bible-teaching church of over 700 people (and growing) located in Doylestown, OH. We are a non denominational, blended to contemporary congregation building God’s kingdom by meeting people wherever they are in their spiritual journey and coaching them to become more fully devoted followers of Christ.

We are theologically on the conservative side, Baptist background, non Pentecostal. Our focus is on being methodically relevant and current utilizing creative approaches of getting people involved in their relationship with Christ.


This is a part time position, salary $17k to $20k.

We are offering a very unique and exciting opportunity for the right College & Young Professionals Pastor. This staff person will be empowered to dream big and lead their ministry to places where our church has never been for the glory of God.

Although you will have a core of young people within the church to minister to and build your ministry from, you will need to launch and build this new ministry from scratch. This challenge is for those who are builders, not maintainers.

This is a new position will be targeting the 18 year old to late twenties:
• high school graduates
• college students
• college graduates / young professionals making their first steps as independent adults.


We are seeking a very specific individual and we are being very particular in our search to ensure we partner with the best possible ministry leader.

You are deeply and passionately pursuing Christ and His plan for your life.
Your love for God and people is obvious and contagious.
Your relationship with Him drives everything in your life.
Your clear calling from God is to lead the 18 to twenty something age group.
You are a strong leader, action oriented, energetic, creative and relational by nature.


• Must be able to recruit, train, and lead a volunteer staff
• Must be able to (and have a proven past ability to) create and manage new programs from the ground up
• Must take ownership and responsibility for results
• Must have the ability to make decisions and work independently
• Must have a “whatever it takes” attitude to get the job done
• Must be able to contribute as a team member on staff
• Must be computer savvy and technologically current
• Ability to recruit through non traditional methods if needed
• Ability to lead multiple teams
