Esperanza Health Center serves over 6,000 patients in the North Philadelphia community, providing holistic, bilingual and bicultural health care services. Information Technology Services at Esperanza Health Center

Esperanza Health Center serves over 6,000 patients through over 24,000 medical care visits annually, and is recognized as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Esperanza meets patient needs daily by offering comprehensive primary medical services for adults and children.

Esperanza Health Center is Currently looking to fill the Position of a Information Technology-System Administrator

Job Summary: Temporary Part-time position with 20 hours a week. Potential to become a full-time position. Esperanza Health Center seeks a qualified and committed professional for a part-time Information Technology System Administrator. Esperanza Health Center integrates technology into each aspect of the primary care functions including electronic medical, dental records, and billing systems. The System Administrator will provide support to end users, identify, research and resolve technical problems. IT-System Administrator responsibilities will include responding to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support as well as documenting, tracking and monitoring technical problems to ensure resolution in high quality timely service. Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Possess good interpersonal skills and works well under immediate supervision.

Qualifications: An associate's degree in Computer Science or related areas (Computer Information Science, Information Technology, Network Administrator and Information System) with one to two years of technical support experience or related area is preferred. Certification in Microsoft's Certified Systems Engineers, Microsoft Certified Professionals, Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, or Security+ is strongly recommended.
