Job Title: Communications Project Manager – Writing / Print / Media
FLSA Status: Exempt (FT)
Department: Communications
Reports To: Director of Communications

Position Summary:
The Communications Project Manager is an end-to-end producer of various writing, video, audio, print and design projects for the Communications Department. This person will work on the lead Storytelling Strategy Team and will be a key contributor to the advancement of WorldVenture’s communications. This position will work closely with the Director of Communications to reach decisions on branding and messaging. This is a full-time position.

Position Responsibilities:
• Various marketing writing projects: receipt letters, brochures, magazines, newsletters, emails, etc.
• Contribute key creative input to the messaging and storytelling of WorldVenture
• Produce writing projects as assigned by the Director of Communications
• Fulfill various print marketing projects with editing, design and client sign-off
• Provide design input and insight for all WorldVenture visual communication (all mediums)
• Produce print and design projects as assigned by the Director of Communications
• Facilitate and implement all or part of pre-production, production, and post-production of corporate videos
• Lighting and camera facilitation
• Video editing
• Facilitate replication of existing corporate videos
• Work on a production team for various projects fulfilling all necessary roles
• Produce corporate training videos, event videos, and promotional videos
• Produce radio program and radio interviews for web and podcast distribution
• Produce video and audio projects as assigned by the Director of Communications

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Substantial working knowledge of all parts of the Adobe Master Suite (especially, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Soundbooth, After effects)
• Strong language and web writing skills required
• Strong graphic design skills required
• Video production and editing skills required
• Copywriting and proofreading skills required
• Audio production for radio and podcast recording required
• Ability to conduct an interview
• Strong understanding of customer-oriented marketing techniques
• Strong understanding of marketing technologies (broadcast email, social media, text messaging, etc.)

• Enthusiastic Christian commitment and personal interest in the ministry of WorldVenture
• Christian character that reflects and embodies the Christian values, beliefs and principles foundational to WorldVenture, and a willingness to subscribe to the eight-point doctrinal statement
• Service-oriented attitude that welcomes answering questions and providing assistance to others
• A team player that displays humility and a learner’s attitude
• Dedication to WorldVenture’s vital and significant ministry
• Deep commitment to a personal relationship with God and a desire to serve Him in a world-wide ministry

Education or Formal Training: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, and five years experience preferred

Work Environment/Physical Activities:
• Office environment
• Interaction with internal/external customers
