. This inspirational leader will encourage, drive, and motivate the sales team. Goals will be achieved in ad sales, average sale price, and number of transactions.
Time efficient recruiting and hiring of Ad Consultant and Ad Builders, including complete work station set up and training for new hires, is paramount due to pipeline surges from new mega church contracts.The Business Team Manager will
also account for the Business Activity Report, Key Results Area Report, and Ad Consultants sales metrics in detail, in addition to submitting monthly ad sales predictions using an ad forecaster tool. coach, developer, builder, and leader of daily operations, while fostering a God honoring business ministry.

We teach biblical principles to business owners and leaders encouraging them to do business for the glory of God, and encouraging them to increase their commitment to serving their local church with their vision, time, talents and money.
The ideal person should have a minimum of three years background in sales and excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word and a minimum of three years experience using a CRM - contact management software such as ACT! or Salesforce.com
Gdirect is a start-up based out of Mesa, AZ. so the candidate needs the ability to process change comfortably. The position starts out as a full time contract 1099 employee for the first 90 days and then transitions to a W-2 employee after completing a successful 90 day probationary period. The earning potential ranges from $35,000 to $55,000.
