Are you experienced in sales training and/or recruiting and want a dream job of putting your skills and talents to work doing something you love while making a difference in the lives of children?

All for KIDZ. is looking to grow our industry leading company with the addition of a Corporate Sales Trainer/Recruiter. This is a new position for our firm. We are open to a variety of experience levels but, you must demonstrate an aptitude in the required areas. You will be responsible for the recruiting, training and the ongoing evaluation of our 20 person inside sales team. Successful candidates will need to do an excellent job of telling us why you would be a great addition to our team.

We are only looking for the brightest and most capable applicants. A strong work ethic and drive to accomplish our organizational objectives is essential. You also must possess keen attention to detail and be able to work independently. People who need to be micro-managed need not apply.

The job location is in Lynnwood and comes with excellent benefits. We are open to having this be a part-time position with a minimum of 24 hours per week. Salary DOE. You should specify your salary requirements in your cover letter. We maintain a tobacco free workplace, nonsmokers only please.
