provides administrative support within the HR Department in the delivery of human resources programs, under the direction of the Human Resources Manager. Incumbent will be responsible for all clerical and administrative duties including recruitment, benefits administration, payroll, employee file maintenance, HRIS, drug testing, background checks, and employment verifications. Education/Experience:
An AA/AS degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration highly preferred. 1 to 3 years HR experience required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of local, federal and state labor laws, rules and regulations. Must be proficient in MS Office applications and be able to multi-task while paying attention to details and maintaining ultimate confidentiality.
