Title: Executive Assistant to the President

Reports to: President

Experience: The Executive Assistant (EA) should have experience as an EA and other administrative roles. The EA should have strong organization, interpersonal, and administrative skills, including computer skills.

Detailed Tasks:
• Scheduling all appointments for the President
• Scheduling travel
o Car Rental
o Air Fare
• Donor database oversight
• Send out printed material to donors
• Create and proof professional correspondence
• Create PowerPoint Presentations
• Industry Research
• Tracking expense receipts and coding
