Job Description:

Purpose:
A self-starter to serve as an advocate for Back to the Bible with callers and donors. The successful candidate will enhance Back to the Bible's ministry of sales and response, provide radical customer service and champion an environment in which ministry relations staff effectively minister to the needs of our customers. Outbound calls will focus on thanking and praying with donors across the country in order to develop strong, long-term relationship.

Major Responsibilities

•Making sure each donor or customer will experience caring, responsible contact which will positively reflect the ministry of Back to the Bible.
•Donors and customers will recognize that you are a knowledgeable representative of Back to the Bible and can attend to their needs.
•Pray with donors as appropriate and necessary. Display care and compassion.
•Meet or exceed weekly departmental goals.

Qualifications:
•Graduated from high school,
•have a minimum of an associates degree;
•three (3) years of experience in phone sales or customer service; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Possess skills in keyboarding, word processing, excel.
•Must be an accomplished communicator with the ability to create a favorable first and lasting impression.
•Have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with donors, fellow employees and the general public and maintain confidential and sensitive information.
