Encouragement FM (89.5 KVNE & 91.3 KGLY)
Director of Development – Tyler, Texas
Responsible to develop, manage and implement the major gift component, to cultivate relationships with major donors on behalf of the ministry, to acquire business donors, to build ministry endowment, and to direct planned gift efforts. Minimum of five years of fund-raising experience. Must possess a passion for Christ and be a team player.
