Leadership Coordinator

Lifeline Youth & Family Services Inc. is seeking a to work with the youth in Lifeline's Pierceton Woods Academy.

Lifeline Youth & Family Services is a not-for-profit organization providing services for children and families at risk.

For over 40 years, Lifeline has been committed to providing hope to families who need it most. Together, we have over 100 trained and qualified staff working in our programs to provide the guidance and support necessary for families to become successfully independent from the social welfare systems. Through programs like home-based services, residential treatment, and alternative education, we’re fulfilling our mission of changing hearts and bringing hope to a generation at risk.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include creating and coordinating discipleship programs, ministry and outreach activities, and building leaders through character development and adventure based programming. Plan, schedule, and coordinate low ropes, high ropes, camping etc. Experience working with youth and adventure programs required.

Requirements

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Self – Motivated and organized

· 1+ years experience in planning and coordinating programs

· Experience working with Youth & Adventure Programs and Low ropes/High ropes

· Degree an asset, but not required
