Salem Communications is the leading U. S. radio broadcaster targeting audiences interested in conservative NewsTalk and Christian and family-themed programming. We currently have a full time position available for an Office Coordinator at our station unit in Honolulu, Hawaii. Woman and minorities are encouraged to apply.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must have 5+ years combined experience of A/R, A/P and Office Management.
High School Diploma or equivalent a must
Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Basic computer knowledge.
Accounts Payable for all 7 stations
Weekly, review all A/P invoices before they go to GM for approval Accounts Receivable / Credits
Review all new, cancelled and revised orders for accuracy and credit terms
Weekly ageing report
Cost revenue reporting
Assist GM with monthly financial reconciliation.
Update monthly variance report for GM/V.P.
Assist GM with quarterly reforecast
Assist GM with yearly budgeting
Month end processing for all 7 stations
Other responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager.
