Job Description:
ESL Director needed to design and lead short term and long term volunteers to provide ESL opportunities to disadvantaged children in the Dominican Republic. Includes teaching programs in local Dominican schools, and summer English immersion camps. This is a great opportunity for the right person.

Ideal candidate will have extensive ESL experience, be creative and enthusiastic, have leadership experience, be fluent in Spanish, and be willing to relocate for two years.

Position includes room and board, great insurance, an annual trip home to the U.S. or Canada, and monthly financial stipend. Individuals and couples welcomed, children discouraged due to limited housing, extensive workload, and limited educational opportunities.
