Job Description:

National accounting firm providing a full range of audit, review, tax, and advisory services seeks an upwardly mobile IT professional with a focus on end user support.

Duties
• Support and track issues for 100+ users located in 12 geographically dispersed sites within a managed services environment
• Configure new computers
• Install local software
• Promote a positive IT image across the company, including development of internal IT communications and demonstrating focus on end-user concerns
• Participate in review of technical designs
• Assist with IT plan development, budgeting, purchasing recommendations, and inventory tracking

Skillset
Hands-on experience with geographically distributed data and voice networks
Extensive knowledge of Windows Server and related technologies
Experience working in a managed services/SaaS/cloud computing environment
Knowledge of VoIP and related technologies
Accounting industry experience greatly preferred
Business acumen, knowledge, and professionalism

40 hours a week, full time, and on call after hours.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 5 years experience in IT management.
