needed for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple sponsored placement homes, multiple group homes contracting with PHFS and providing support coordination services for residents and families.Responsible
for providing supervisory oversight of program, facilities and independent contractors in accordance with agency policies and procedures, licensing standards and other laws/regulations. Support coordination responsibilities include assuring employment/day support for residents, establishing community linkages and assuring success for adults who are intellectually disabled in partnership with families, guardians, advocates, professionals, churches and public and private agencies.Position offers
