Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and other duties as assigned:

***THE CORECT CANDIDATE WILL BE RESIDING IN THE ATLANTA METRO AREA.
***THIS POSITION WILL BE LOCATED IN THE NAMB CORPORATE OFFICE, LOCATED IN ALPHARETTA, GA.

1. Understand business and ministry needs, lead NAMB teams through discovery, and propose solutions that are mission aligned and fit within our architectural strategy.
2. Following NAMB project management methodology, guide in formalizing project scopes and statements of work and produce appropriate documentation for business and systems requirements, functional and technical requirements, and developer specifications.
3. Evaluate process and workflow design, perform gap analysis, recommend re-engineering opportunities and assist in build-or-buy decisions.
4. Lead projects or assist project managers and team members during the project to achieve the objectives within time and budget constraints.
5. Oversee vendor project managers and resources to ensure compliance with NAMB guidelines while achieving project objectives within time and budget constraints, and assist in evaluating vendor performance and effectiveness.
6. Fulfill project tasks with or in place of support staff.
