Job Description:
Summary: The responsible person will work in a team that provides technical and software support for PCs and MACs. This person will also provide helpdesk support for desktops, servers, network switches, and telecommunication systems.

Duties:
1) Provide technical support for all personal computers including -- Installation and mainenance for PC and MAC:
a) hardware b) OSs c) software
2) Troubleshoot helpdesk problems and user questions
3) Manage server backups
4) Provide tier II onsite and remote helpdesk support

Requirements:
1) An intimate, growing personal walk with the Lord and a strong desire to use your IT skills to further the Kingdom of God
2) Servant attitude and the ability to work in a team
3) Strong interpersonal and good customer service skills
4) Self-motivated
5)Good problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot remotely
6)Ability to repair electronic equipment
7)Proficiency in desktop hardware installation and maintenance
8)Proficiency in MS Windows (XP,Win7) and MAC OS and other software tools
9)Desirable: Linux and Windows server experience
