We are a faith-based, non-profit organization with the vision to see God’s Word transforming lives in every language in this generation. Our mission is to accelerate Scripture translation and impact for people without God’s Word through Great Commission partnerships. We have a global focus with international concerns largely focusing in Asia and Africa. We are seeking a financial leader to join our team in Arlington, Texas.

Finance Director

This professional is responsible for providing management of all aspects of the company’s financial operations; providing leadership to strategic areas including accounting, budgeting, financing, treasury operations and risk management. The position is both relational and analytical and necessitates results in financial analysis and performance measurement. The Finance Director guides the implementation and monitoring of the company’s budgets from multiple sources of funding. Also, this role requires oversight in the development, implementation and monitoring of company policies that adhere to state and federal laws. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President for Operations and contributes in key roles with the company’s planning development.


Your strong faith in Jesus Christ as Savior, God-honoring lifestyle, passion for the Word of God and provision of the Word of God to every people group in their own language is essential to thriving and succeeding, as are the following skills, abilities and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related business discipline
• 3 years experience in an increasingly responsible financial management role
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Strong ability to organize, analyze, oversee and empower others, including the ability to elicit trust and confidence
• Ability to think with innovation and a capacity for a broad ranged decision-making
• Experience developing financial plans and informative, customer-driven reports
• Demonstrated ability in non-profit accounting, financial analysis and reporting
• CPA is helpful
