Customer Service Representative

Are you a customer-focused professional with customer service experience? Then consider joining our Corporate Sales Team. As the trade channel Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing an exemplary customer service experience for our trade channel customers. The exceptional candidate will be one that is able to quickly identify and analyze a customer’s issues and consistently follow through on all solutions, assuring completion & total satisfaction. A college degree and CBA or Christian publishing experience is preferred, but will consider equivalent experience in a related field. 1-3 years of successful customer service experience is required.
