Job Description:
Are you an experienced Call Center Operations Manager? Then consider joining the Group Publishing Corporate Sales team.

• As the Call Center Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a seasoned inbound telesales team, Tier 2 Inbound Support team and the product support team to sales and operational excellence.

• The ideal candidate for this position would be a customer-centric, team player who thrives on diverse areas of responsibility with a minimum of 5+ years experience managing in a call center environment and a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.

• This person should also be well-versed with CRM (preferably Oracle), both strategic and sales minded with the ability to think organizationally to solve complex operational matters.

• A college degree is preferred, but will consider equivalent experience.
