Purpose: Keep the offices of Executive services running smoothly and efficiently by performing office management, travel assistance and relationship management. Assist the Executive staff in whatever way necessary to free up time for other ministry and staff responsibilities. Work with Human Resources to find quality staff members to further advance the goals of the ministry of Back to the Bible.

Major Responsibilities: Office management, arranging travel accommodations, staff relationship and communication management and various projects relating to work being done through the Center for Bible Engagement.

Education and Experience:(A) Graduation from High School(B) Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business(C) Two (2) years of experience in office administration or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

(C) Two (2) years of experience in office administration or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

(A) Proficient knowledge of Back to the Bible's policies, practices and philosophies;
(B) Need basic administrative skills including keyboarding, word processing and creating documents and letters using Word and Excel; skills in transcribing, filing and better than average spelling; must be proficient at listening, talking and writing; skills in creating a favorable first and lasting impression; must be able to multi-task,
(C) Need to understand the operations of the organization and where to go to get information; must have the ability to work independently; the ability to carry out assigned projects to their completion; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the general public; ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information; ability to understand and follow instructions.
