Established in 1965, our mission is to provide parents and their students with a quality, Christ-centered education which is biblically, spiritually, physically, socially, and academically sound. We seek to teach God’s truth through a biblical world-view and to demonstrate accomplishment of that mission by producing graduates capable of pursuing a vocation as well as making aesthetic, political, and moral decisions based on biblical principles. Liberty Christian Schools has been a ministry of Grace Baptist Church in Redding California since 1965. Grace Baptist Church is a conservative independent assembly of born again immersed believers. Job Summary:
The Administrator of LCS is responsible for all aspects of school operation, including but not limited to admissions, hiring staff, developing and overseeing the financial budget, fund raising, accreditation, enrollment development, community involvement, and developing policies, procedures, and programs that will implement the directives of the School Board.

Professional Qualifications:
? Broad experience with Christian education, preferably as a Christian School Administrator
? Ability to articulate a Christian philosophy of education consistent with Scripture and Grace Baptist Church
? Demonstration of executive and management skills and presence
? Effectiveness in oral and written communication
? Demonstration of a high level of understanding of all aspects of Christian school operation

Educational Qualifications:
? Masters Degree with 3-5 years in field experience
? Bachelor’s Degree with 5-10 years experience in field

Spiritual Qualifications:
? A member in good standing of a conservative Bible believing Church
? Unreserved acceptance of membership requirement in Grace Baptist Church
? Unreserved acceptance of LCS and Grace Baptist Church’s Statement of Faith
? A strong, clear Christian testimony
? A mature Godly spirit
? A person of faith and prayer
? A strong knowledge and understanding of Scripture
? Active involvement in his or her local church
? Able to demonstrate a high level of commitment to Christian education

Personal Qualifications:
? A person of integrity in business, personal finances, and human relationships
? A life consistent with biblical principles
? A model of God’s ideal for the family
? A commitment to Christian education as evidenced by enrollment of his or her school-age children in a Christian school
