Responsible for IT product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, working closely with technologists, architecture, customer relationship partners, and sub contractors to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met and product services meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) objectives. Responsible for the Enterprise Data Warehouse systems, Data Virtualization Services, ETL Services, and Master Data Management along with other key data management practices and related data services with a proven understanding of their vital role in delivering value to customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Acts as an advocate for children – raising the awareness of the needs, neglect, nurture, and potential of children in poverty and challenging and enabling those within one’s influence to greater involvement and effectiveness on behalf of children.
Overall leadership and accountability for ongoing success of Enterprise Data Products.
Ensures results of overall systems health and stability are meeting established SLAs.
Unceasingly markets and promotes Enterprise Data Products and the enterprise data vision within the organization through presentations, customer relationships, marketing materials, roadmaps etc.
Represents Enterprise Data Products with various stakeholders in the organization to ensure alignment of Enterprise Data Products with Compassion’s corporate, architectural, strategic, enterprise information management, and security visions.
Develops and maintains IT Systems for the Enterprise Data Products through various skills to include interfacing with the Project Manager by seeking to build trust between IT staff and customers. This will include such technology domains as Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data virtualization, ETL Services, Operational Data Store, and Master Data management.
Assists Project Manager in assessing IT staff workloads and helps PM balance the load as needed to ensure consistent delivery. Supports directors in activities that provide encouragement and motivation to the IT staff to ensure strong participation as a team.
Gives feedback on individual performance and areas of improvement for the staff who are assigned to the different IT roles.
Actively contributes to the overall IT team and, consequently of Compassion's ministry, by willingly helping others in their duties when the need arises and offering positive suggestions for improvement.
Updates general knowledge and awareness of current industry topics by reading trade journals and attending seminars and symposia.
