Job Description:

Reporting to the Director, IT Delivery. Provides leadership and technology delivery with a focus on enterprise services, enterprise information, and enterprise applications. This leader will be responsible for direct management of enterprise solutions IT staff and resources. Scope of responsibility includes solutions delivery, process and policy assurance, budgeting and financial management for work groups, planning for future resource needs, management reporting, and ensuring the attainment of cross-organizational objectives and service levels. This individual will collaborate directly with IT management teams, key decision-makers, and global stakeholders in order to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective, strategically aligned enterprise technology solutions for all aspects of the global organization.

Delivers enterprise technology solutions with a focus on globally-integrated solutions and based upon a comprehensive enterprise technology strategy. Provides broad expertise in managing a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to include implementation of an Enterprise Service Bus and Event Management.
Provides the organization global access to enterprise data and information based upon a framework which encompasses Enterprise Data Warehousing, Master Data Management, ETL Services, and Data Virtualization.
Manage delivery in accordance with sound IT process frameworks (e.g. ITIL, CMMI, PMI). Demonstrated commitment to leverage established frameworks and processes to drive excellence in execution.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to effectively speak to broad levels of leadership on strategic and tactical deployment of enterprise technology to solve business issues, and to secure and communicate broad leadership buy-in direction and decision to management and project teams. Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
Experienced in cross-cultural communication skills necessary to interact with and influence all levels of staff within Headquarters, Area Offices, and Country Offices. International experience especially with global technology organizations across international time-zones working effectively with vendor and off-shore partners would be an asset.
Knowledge of Compassion culture, history and shared values, operating procedures and how organizational structures work together toward a common mission. Possess global mind-set and increasingly knows how to conduct business, provide products and services, and manage technology from a global perspective.
