Ensure accurate fulfillment of requests for Hope for the Heart materials from external and internal clients in a timely manner. Provide spiritual support by distributing Hope for the Heart materials in a cost efficient manner. Major responsibilities:
Accurately and timely pick/pack/ship orders for materials in accordance with organizational goals; Assist with the production/JIT process, maintaining high quality standards in a timely manner in accordance with organizational goals; Provide the daily processing of applying postage to mail and packages; Perform dock services to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient process for all shipment and related transportation needs; Assist in special events set up and tear down; Look for ways to make the Fulfillment Center space, processes, policies and systems for fulfillment and shipping orderly, cost effective, efficient and responsive; As a representative of our mission and core values, actively participate and contribute to the improvement of the Fulfillment Center, the MSS Department and the wider ministry.Additional Qualifications:

• A proven, good communicator
• A flexible approach to changing needs and situations
• Determination and drive to see efforts and assignments through to a successful completion
• Excellent interpersonal relationship-building and people skills.Education Requirements:
