Job Description: Clinical Services: RN to Dr. Frank Minirth @ the Minirth Christian Program in Arkansas

Responsible to the members of the Clinical Team & Administrative Team of the Ministry in matters of medication, medical records, and various other administrative functions, and acts as direct liaison with Dr. Frank Minirth, of the Minirth Clinic, using initiative, and building relationships with both Team Members and constituents. Requires energy, excitement, reliability, discretion, a great attitude, and a love of people and animals. Relies upon chuckling and laughter as a critical professional tool.

Tasks are fast-paced, often fun, sometimes mundane, but never boring. This clinical staff has immense influence and loves organization, challenges, solving, excellence, multi-tasking, and has a passion to serve! They love good communication, and love to keep staff, admin, exec and client families informed! Loves to teach healthy living, and are charismatic in their teaching

This staff likes lists, and revels in a job completed. The successful candidate will thrive in an atmosphere of Gifted, and high "D" personalities (all of whom declare humility, and believe in most instances their idea is the best one), will possess the driest sense of humor known to man, and does not cry or breakdown routinely, but believes that when the going gets tough, the tough get going.

Beyond description! Required to juggle any number of oddly aligned tasks, from menus to prayer, to laughter, and filling in wherever needed, and knowing everything without being asked. He or she is a bringer of joy, and maker of peace, and a calmer of hearts, and a lover of life. Takes self-induced responsibility with strength and alacrity. Faces the day with a heart to learn, has flexibility of Olympic proportions, and welcomes failure for the gift it is: an opportunity to succeed. Is a lover of God; knows His Son; and has a vast reliance upon the Holy Spirit for direction and discretion.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelors Degree; Nursing Degree & License. Several years experience of nursing, an understanding of Psych issues and comprehensive clinical/ administrative support duties. Psych nursing experience an awesome plus! LOTS of experience with getting along with a vast array of personalities.
