We are looking for an experienced healthcare industry sales professional to lead the sales and marketing effort for this product.

The successful candidate must have good communication skills, both oral and written, and be competent in creating marketing materials using MS Office products. Experience in sales in the healthcare industry is required. However, experience in the sales and marketing of employee benefit plans is a plus.

Responsibilities Include:

Working with the senior management to strategically develop marketing materials for the mail order division; then create printed marketing materials to assist in the sales process;

Be creative in identifying target clients that would benefit the most from our service once that target client profile has been created;

Work with healthcare insurance professionals to develop sales and marketing plans and accompany them on sales calls;

Assist pharmacy staff and managers in developing processes and procedures that assure that we are providing outstanding customer services to our clients;

Be focused on creating exceptional customer service to employers and their employees;

Become part of the management team with weekly reporting requirements to the President, COO and CEO; and

Continue to grow and expand the Mail Order business into a successful division of our company.

Candidates should be self-starters, possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to reach out and interact with “C" Level Executives and HR Managers in small to mid-size companies (50 -500 employees). The Sales Director will accompany experienced health insurance benefits experts on sales calls as well.

Must become completely knowledgeable in all aspects of employee healthcare benefits, especially as it relates to pharmacy benefits, FSA and HSA accounts;

Works well with minimal direct supervision and be comfortable in working initially as a "department of one", once the focus and direction from senior management is clear;

Must be willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is asked in order to move this service from the development stage to the operational stage and beyond;

Be the professional, articulate and knowledgeable "face" of the company when dealing with clients and vendors; and

Must be well organized with good verbal and written skills with competency in MS Office software products.

Base pay is predicated on experience and includes a commission structure that allows for unlimited upside potential.
