Job Description:
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Oversees and directs the activities of employees engaged in providing customer service through the on-campus Resource Center and Contact Center.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in business preferred. Prior supervisory experience in customer service, sales and planning a must. Knowledge of Precept Ministries International Inductive Study Method beneficial.

NOTE: Relocation expenses will not be covered.
