Job Description:
Graceworks Ministries, Inc. is searching for a Thrift Store Manager with the skills and ability to take a great little store to the next level. If you have great management skills, 3 to 5 years of management experience in the retail or thrift market, exceptional people skills for recruiting and managing volunteers and a heart for ministry keep reading.

Graceworks Thrift Store:
The Graceworks Thrift Store is a program for our clients and the community to provide affordable clothing, household items, appliances and furniture. Inventory is provided by the generous people of Williamson County. The store is operated by a small dedicated staff and numerous volunteers who process, price and stock the store. Summary of Responsibilities:
The Thrift Store Manager is responsible for all store operations from maintaining sources of donations, processing inventory, storage, sales, staff management, volunteer recruitment (assisted by Operations Director), training staff and volunteers, marketing the store and all other aspects of operations required to meet program and revenue objectives. The Manager reports to the Executive Director and serves on the Graceworks Management Team.

Minimum Qualifications:
-College Degree (equivalency would be at least 2-3 years of college courses and 5+ years of general management of a retail or thrift store)

-3 years of retail store management or thrift store management experience

-Adept computer knowledge and experience using: Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Quickbooks Point of Sale or similar computer based point of sale system.

-Minimum of 2 or more years of proven ability and experience in recruiting and managing large volunteer teams in a ministry setting or non-profit.

-We are a faith-based ministry partnering with local churches, so we are looking for a stable Christian actively attending church.

-Negotiable based on experience and skills ($30,000 to $50,000)
