Director of High School Guidance

The Director of High School Guidance is responsible for:
• Guiding students and parents in the application process for admission to high school
• Facilitating selection of high school to provide “best fit” high school for student success
• Evaluating high school program requirements to determine necessary enhancements to FBA programming
• Continuing and enhancing our Preparing for High School programs for students and parents of all grade levels
• Being an active member of the administrative team

Skills, Education and Experience Needed:
• Should be a dynamic Christian educator with previous teaching and administrative experience
• Should have administrative certification, exemplary academic credentials, and a master’s degree
• Should have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Should have strong computer skills, be creative and able to multi-task
• Should have team building skills, the ability to lead, and work confidently and effectively with colleagues, students, parents, the broader school family, and community
