Job Description:

Youth For Tomorrow, a non-profit residential facility, for at-risk youth located near Manassas, VA is currently accepting resumes for several Residential Counselor positions in our boy's and girl's program. Currently, we have 2 part time positions in the boy's program, 3 part time positions in the girl's program, and 1 full time position in the girl's program. Hours and days are to be determined but applicant must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

This position is a supportive role under the leadership of House Parents. Residential Counselors are responsible for maintaining safety, structure, and security at all times and for maintaining the integrity of the program in the absence of House Parent leadership.

Applicant must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, be at least 21 years of age, and have six months of experience working with children in a residential setting. Education will be considered in lieu of experience on a case by case basis. Applicant must have a clean driving record and ability to pass an extensive background check, along with a drug screen.
