To Assist the CEO of the Ministry in all matters of communication, office tasks, and administrative functions, using initiative, and building relationships with both Team Members and constituents. Requires energy, excitement, reliability, discretion, a great attitude, and a love of people and animals. Relies upon chuckling and laughter as a critical professional tool.

Tasks are fast-paced, often fun, sometimes mundane, but never boring. This Executive Assistant is the Left Arm of the CEO and loves organization, challenges, solving, excellence, multi-tasking, and has a passion to serve!

Manages calendars, types like no other; can work with either Mac or PC; is all over Word, Pages, Numbers or Excel; enjoys planning and accomplishing, and understands spell-check is essential! The successful candidate will thrive in an atmosphere of Gifted, and high "D" personalities (all of whom declare humility, and believe in most instances their idea is the best one), will possess the driest sense of humor known to man, and does not cry or breakdown routinely, but believes that when the going gets tough, the tough get going.

Job Complexity

Beyond description! Required to juggle any number of oddly aligned tasks, from menus to prayer, to laughter, and filling in wherever needed, and knowing everything without being asked. He or she is a bringer of joy, and maker of peace, and a calmer of hearts, and a lover of life. Takes self-induced responsibility with strength and alacrity. Faces the day with a heart to learn, has flexibility of Olympic proportions, and welcomes failure for the gift it is: an opportunity to succeed. Is a lover of God; knows His Son; and has a vast reliance upon the Holy Spirit for direction and discretion.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelors Degree; Several years experience with executive level and comprehensive administrative support duties. Legal experience an awesome plus. LOTS of experience with getting along with a vast array of personalities.
