Job Description: The Pregnancy Resource Center of Charlotte is seeking an experienced professional to provide spiritually-focused leadership, relationship building (including but not limited to raising funds from existing and prospective donors), direction, management, vision, program development and responsible stewardship to the Center. Duties include: relationship building with clients, churches, donors, agencies, individuals, staff, volunteers and the board of directors; creating and presenting an overall vision for the Center; speaking engagements; developing and managing programs and client services; developing a newsletter and other Center materials; effective management; and responsible budgeting. Qualifications: The Executive Director should: have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in the field; have a minimum of five years experience in marketing, fund-raising, public relations, development, and management; exhibit strong skills in interpersonal communication and relationship building, public speaking, writing, and media relations; be able to provide spiritual leadership, discipleship, and encouragement to clients, staff and volunteers; develop, implement and foster big picture vision, strategic plans, programs and goals; carry out responsibilities with little to no supervision; be a good steward.
