Position Description:
Assist the President of an inner-city justice ministry based in West Dallas in implementing the mission and vision of organization. Tasks for President are of a strategic and tactical nature including but not limited to office administration and management, development, and communications, both directed and self initiated, with the utmost professionalism showing tact, discretion, diplomacy and respect. High level of critical thinking and judgment. Expert proficiencies required in competencies. Fluent in Spanish.

Performs a variety of administrative functions and complicated tasks to the glory of God. Manages calendar including scheduling appointments and court-mandated deadlines, gives information to callers and takes dictation. Composes memos, transcribes notes, manages files, scans documents, enters data, processes documents and researches and creates presentations. Job Complexity:
A servant leader with desire and ability to learn and understand the role of the President’s office and how the office interfaces with volunteer lawyers, local community, city officials, local non-profits, general public and church leadership. Work requires a teachable spirit, initiative, attention to detail, dedication to accuracy and multi-tasking.

Possesses a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and desire to assist in carrying out the biblical mandate to pursue justice. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Possesses high level of organizational, critical thinking, and problem solving skills. Desire for excellence in quality and quantity of work.

Education and Experience Required:
College degree preferred. Seven years experience with executive level and comprehensive administrative support duties. Previous work in legal environment a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks/Quicken as well as donor/client management databases.

Work Environment:
Full time position with benefits in normal office environment with standard workdays and non-standard office hours. Highly relational and people intensive. High volume workload. Christ centered.
