CURE International / CURE Healthcare Management Services seeks an experienced Hospital Chief Financial Officer for a position based in Chittagong, Bangladesh at the Imperial Hospital, Limited. Once open, acute-care general hospital will have 300 beds.
The Hospital Chief Financial Officer (CFO) caries the responsibility of providing strategic oversight, coordination and management of the Imperial Hospital, Limited financial matters. The CEO also serves on the senior management team working closely with the CEO, COO, and program managers to access, support and audit the activities of the Imperial Hospital from a financial perspective.
This position offers a salary and benefits package including health and life insurance, housing, in-country transportation, annual home leave, airfare, relocation assistance, dependent tuition assistance and retirement.
Skills and qualifications needed:
Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of ten or more years serving in a similar role in a healthcare organization setting. Experience to include providing strategic finance oversight and direction to a multi-million dollar health care organization with an emphasis on financial analysis; cash flow management; budgeting, reporting and accounting oversight; 10 or more years experience in operational and administrative oversight for various for-profit healthcare institution departments and functions. Knowledge of developing country settings and/or previous cross-cultural or international travel experience.
