Job Description:
We are looking for a self motivated, skilled maintenance technician, with experience in HVAC, plumbing, electric, and general maintenance for a large apartment community or possibly multiple apartment communities. Honesty and integrity is very important to us. You must have your own transportation and hand tools. Pay rate is negotiable with experience, and overtime is available. Health insurance is available, along with paid holidays and vacation.
