Job Description:

Adoption Social Worker - International Adoption Program
We are looking for a dedicated person to work with international adoption families. Responsibilities include meeting and interviewing interested adoptive families; conducting interviews for home studies and post-placement reports; assisting families in paperwork preparation; matching families with waiting children; leading trainings; and maintaining accurate records of all work. This position would involve some travel for home visits in eastern Pennsylvania.

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, or related field, plus a minimum of two years experience working with children and families, preferably in the field of adoption. Exceptional writing skills required, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office products; must have a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and reliable transportation.
