Work with organizations and show them how to reduce their operating costs. The networks leverage the purchasing power of members and negotiates volume discounts with vendors. Network members have access to national purchasing agreements that provide pricing far below what an individual organization could negotiate locally. Members can enjoy free savings from national vendors such as Staples, Lowes, FoodSource Plus, Summit Payroll, Waste Management, Suburban Propane, Ferrellgas and many other businesses. There is no cost to join and there is no obligation to purchase.

Position Title: Sales Representative / Cost Reduction Consultant
Position Overview: Solicitation of churches, schools, camps & retreat centers, assisted living centers, small business and nonprofits for membership in the networks and show them how to reduce thier operating costs.

1. Belief and understanding that this concept offers tremendous value and savings to its members.
2. Desire to be a servant and the desire to want to help others.
3. Ability to make a cold call over the phone or in person.
4. Very good speaking and communication skills.
5. Credibility when speaking. Ability to convey confidence and sincerity with one's voice.
6. Self confidence to overcome rejection and move forward to the next prospect.
7. Proficient computer skills to send and receive emails.
8. Organization skills to track prospects and follow members, to insure that they are taking advantage of all opportunities available through the network .
9. Persestince to keep working when things are not going as planned.
10. Believe that you will reap what you sow later than you sow and more than you sow, and be able to apply this understanding to this position.

Compensation: The networks are paid an administrative fee by the vendors based on sales volume. Representatives and consultants are paid a percentage of what the network receives based on the representative’s volume.
