Job Description:
We are continuously looking for top sales talent to join our growing telephone sales team as an Outbound Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate must have 2 or more years of direct sales experience with a proven record of success. In addition, the applicant must have a thorough knowledge of sales techniques, be self-motivated, organized and a life-long learner. An understanding of the Christian publishing marketplace, college degree and knowledge of contact management software is preferred. Job responsibilities include: successfully taking customers through the buy/sell process while generating acquisition and retention business. Managing their time to maximize opportunities with customers and communicate in a professional manner both verbally and in writing. Ability to sit at a desk, work on a computer, view a monitor, type on a keyboard and wear a headset for 8 hours a day is required.
