Currently we are looking to fill the position for the Digital Asset Management, Assoc. Dir., Global Communication Team

OFFICE: Church and Partner Services
STATUS: Full-time, Exempt
SECTION: Digital Strategies

Lead, manage, and develop IMB’s media supply chain, work in close partnership with functional units and ensure the acceptance, usability, and growth of its digital asset and content management structure. Focused within an ongoing program/operation to deploy and manage selected digital asset technologies, workflows, standards, and taxonomies to meet long term strategic goals, while delivering on short term requirements. Provide for the enablement of multi-channel, multi-format production, processing, and distribution to ensure the connection of the missions community to our media products to consumers via “on-line”, “on screen” or “on print”.

Bachelor's degree in communication or related field. 10-12 years experience in communications, exhibiting proven expertise in strategy, technology and design, electronic publishing, and production and project management. Thorough understanding of media technologies including video/film post/production, visual design/Adobe CS products, photography and CDN/media delivery. Experience using basic Web and interactive data management and presentation software and programming languages. Required skills: Interpersonal versatility, flexibility, collaboration, negotiation, team leading, creative problem solving, Media and marketing concepts, detail and project management.
