Job Description:
The Director of Human Resources has the responsibility to lead and direct the design, implementation and administration of human resources policies, programs, practices, and systems for Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) and its affiliates.

This position will have primary responsibility for developing and implementing a human resources plan that measurably and successfully supports Association objectives and promotes and reinforces its mission, vision, and core values. The Director oversees Human Resources staff in Charlotte and provides functional direction to Human Resources staff at the Billy Graham Training Center at The Cove in cooperation with the Executive Director of the Cove.

Ten or more years of success in Human Resources management positions at the Director or above level, or a Bachelors or advanced degree with 6 or more year’s experience of progressive experience in Human Resources management is required. Professional certification by the Society for Human Resources Management and/or experience in leadership or management in Christian ministry is preferred.
