Job Description:
Malibu Presbyterian Church is seeking a Full Time Financial Manager. This person needs to have experience in accounting, payroll, A/P, A/R, Non-profit financial laws and regulations. They also need excellent speaking, communication, relational and computer skills.

This person is responsible to prepare and distribute financial reports, statement of activities, annual budget preparation, church and worker’s compensation audit prep, religious and church exemption filing and annual forms, year tax/year end payroll and 1099 forms. Invest, reconcile and track restricted and unrestricted accounts, etc. They also need to train all staff to read reports when necessary. Attend weekly meetings, assist church administrator with human resources, properties and general administration. Review and process invoices, checks and deposits, weekly. Other tasks as assigned and full job description available upon request.
