Job Description:
To provide leadership to the ministry teams and team leaders of Northridge Friends Church in cooperation with the lead pastor. A level of spiritual maturity is required as well as a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Essential skills required include administrative / management, leadership and leadership development, a passion for selecting, mentoring, and coaching teams to lead, team facilitation and strong interpersonal and communication skills. College degree required. Significant ministry experience required. Advanced or seminary degree preferred.
