Bible League has provided Bibles for more than 70 years to people in need around the world. Bible League partners with local churches worldwide, training and equipping Christians to use the Bible to make disciples and establish new churches. We are currently seeking a Senior Director of Marketing in our international headquarters office located in the south Chicago suburb of Crete, IL. This individual will be responsible for the development and implementation of a strategic marketing and corporate communications program that achieves the strategic revenue and messaging goals of the ministry including the implementation of a complete lifecycle marketing program, managing the day to day operations of the marketing department to insure objectives are met and developing and implementing analytical strategies to insure results continue to improve in all channels. On a global level, the Senior Director will provide strategic leadership for all marketing efforts globally, develop the marketing vision by being the marketing spokesperson within the organization and insure brand integrity globally and partner with stakeholders to identify global opportunities to grow income and Bible League awareness on a global level.

Qualifications include being a Christian, having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and also agree with the Bible League’s Statement of Faith. Candidates should have 10 years of experience in Marketing to include for profit and non profit sectors, global marketing, advertising, direct fundraising/selling, direct mail, Internet and WEB marketing, social media marketing, and media purchasing and production. Candidates will also possess demonstrated success within these areas with the ability to plan and execute a plan, 5 years experience in a marketing leadership position, experience in the management of external relationships with marketing/media consultants along with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field, with a Master’s degree a plus. Candidates will also be goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment juggling multiple tasks along with strong communication skills and be self motivated and team-oriented.
