We are a full-service advertising agency with a graphic design team (PC-based). Our ad campaigns range from building web sites and interactive campaigns, to technical data sheets, trade show booths, brochures, direct mail pieces and print ads. Most of our clients' focus is B2B; marketing to architects, designers and builders, with a secondary target of consumers. We are looking for a Creative Director who has a strong ability to concept and write as well as someone who can work "in the trenches" alongside our design and account management teams.
5+ years of experience on either the client or agency side of brand advertising
Experience winning the trust of internet-savvy, award-winning creative teams
Ability to create dynamic and creative campaign concepts, while staying true to our clients' brands
Excellent copyrighting skills, demonstrating different tones and voices to a variety of target audiences
Ability to inspire, develop the potential and manage creative designers, all working on multiple client projects at one time
Work hand-in-hand with the account service team to manage incoming client requests and deliver on time
Work with account managers to make sure the client's needs are being met and the creative goals are on track
Experience creating full-scale ad campaigns, across multiple mediums
Highly motivated, self starter, and outstanding attention to detail, with the ability to work within our agency's fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bring new ideas and new ways of thinking to the table; not just a "creative order taker"
Be the conscience of every creative piece we deliver, while continuing to raise the bar
Basic experience with design software, with ability to make edits to documents if needed
