Job Description:

Group's Church Volunteer Central (CVC) has an opening for a Membership Developer at its company headquarters in Loveland, CO.

This energetic person will promote CVC's volunteer management philosophy in a variety of settings: over the phone, in training, at conferences, and other venues.

Tasks include selling association memberships, promoting church safety products and services, promoting and selling a national conference and selling leadership books and resources.

The successful candidate will be a quick thinker, love working with people, exhibit strong listening and communication skills, be self-motivated, be able to meet goals and appreciate the value of volunteers in the church environment. Two plus years of successful sales and/or account management skills required. College education and previous church market experience a plus. Excellent computer and organizational skills will enhance the success in this important role.
